Help Rebekah Rebuild After 15ft Fall

My name is Rebekah Destiny Roeser-Hahling and I am 28 yrs old. I have been quite the independent person who would never sit there and actually physically ask anyone for financial help. But, here I am.

The reason for me making this GoFundMe is because I totaled my car driving southbound on 75 in downtown Atlanta, GA, and I need help with getting another car. My brakes went out in my 1995 Volvo 960 and I refused to hit anyone around me, so I veered to the right, and those silly little sleep bumps practically threw me against the cement guardrail where I went up it and over, causing me to fall nearly 15ft to the road below.

I currently sit in Grady Memorial Hospital with a "fixed" broken and misplaced hip, and my ribs 6-9 broken while 1-5 are cracked. I went to surgery where they repaired me using what I already had instead of metal screws and pins and ball joint; instead, I just have 2 what looks to be "brackets" to keep my bones in place. I have quite the journey ahead of me with 2 months of Physical Therapy where I am required not to put ANY pressure or weight on my right leg at all. Afterwards, I have close to a month or 2 to regain strength in my leg, and I should be golden.

To be quite honest with everyone, I fully believe the only reason why I am alive to this day is because my car was FULL METAL and it took on the majority of the damage and impact. It was truly scary and amazing all at the same time.

I am making this in the hopes some people out there will remember all the good things I have done for strangers, or friends, or just anyone, and would like to give back in this time of need. I hate asking for help, but here I am. I am asking for help and it kills me, but it may be the only way I can rise back to the top and get back on track with figuring out my life and where I would like to go from here.
