My name is Rebecca, and I’m facing stage 2 cervical cancer. Since March 5, 2025, I’ve been unable to work due to my diagnosis and the treatments that have followed. For the first time in my life, I’m struggling to keep up with my rent and utilities, and I’m handling this challenge on my own. The financial strain has made an already difficult time even harder, as I worry about keeping my home and staying warm and safe while I focus on my health.
I’ve worked as a nurse for 32 years, caring for others in their most vulnerable moments. Now, I find myself needing help to get through my own. Every donation will go directly toward my rent, gas, and electric bills, helping me stay in my home and maintain some stability as I fight to recover. My greatest hope is to get better and return to the work I love, supporting patients and families just as I always have. Your support means more than words can say, and I’m deeply grateful for any help during this difficult time.
