Help Rebecca Flynn, Gun Violence Victim, Rebuild Her Life!

Hi, my name is Michael and I'm fundraising to support the recovery of my beloved sister Rebecca, affectionately known as Becca. In the early hours of August 8th, what should have been a regular walk home for Rebecca and 3 close friends after a night out, quickly turned into a nightmare. They became the victims of an unprovoked, senseless act of violence resulting in two of them being shot and leaving them with life altering injuries. Rebecca was shot in the abdomen, changing her life in an instant.

Miraculously, she was revived on site through CPR, heroically performed by one of her friends and a nurse who just so happened to live near the scene of the crime. Paramedics were able to keep her alive until doctors could stabilize her at the hospital. She is currently in a trauma care unit after intensive surgery fighting hard to recover and will be, for the foreseeable future.

Rebecca is the most loving, caring and innocent person who will now face the toughest battle of her life. She has been left with several physical injuries, emotional trauma and an uncertain recovery ahead. Becca will be faced with a multitude of medical expenses due to the severity of her injuries.
