Help Really Good Stuff’s Artisans Rebuild

At noon Tuesday October 5, 2021, Really Good Stuff was destroyed by a fire that started in a neighbor’s space. An iconic shop that was loved by many, it was home to several artisans that lost all their tools, supplies and inventory. There is no insurance on the horizon. 100% of the funds generated here will go to help them. Thanks.

   This additional information is required by Go Fund Me: My name is Evan Shlaes, I have been the owner of Really Good Stuff in Portland, Oregon since 1993. Besides my own collection of treasure and junk I have let some of my close friends  share this space and make, and or sell  their wares. All of their tools, supplies and inventory were wiped out by the fire. There are 4 individuals to whom I will distribute the donations .  Each will receive an equal  share by check from me. Their names are Justin Frey, Artist;  Brian Kozin, Jeweler;  Francisco Marmolejo, Brass and Reed Instrument Repair, and Claes Almroth, whose vinyl collection was consumed.
