Ray was the heart of our family, always there with a smile, a helping hand, and unwavering love. His sudden and tragic passing in a workplace accident has left us devastated and struggling to find our footing.

Ray was killed in a workplace accident when he was found crushed under the hydraulic lift on his tow truck. He was discovered at 4pm on the 15th of April, and heartbreakingly, it was unknown how long he had been there. In an instant, a family lost the centre of their world. At just 45 years old, Ray was a father, husband, grandfather, brother, and the main provider for his family. He leaves behind six children, along with several grandchildren who will carry his memory forward. Ray was also a brother, and he had many people around him who called him family, whether by blood or by bond.

Ray was the kind of man who stepped up without hesitation. He provided, protected, and loved fiercely. Family was everything to him, and his loss is not only deeply emotional, but has left his wife and children facing immediate and overwhelming financial hardship. Ray had no funeral arrangements in place, and his wife is not in a position to cover the costs of his cremation and remembrance. We are asking for support to help give Ray the farewell he deserves.
