I’m raising funds to get back to The States. I feel a lot of guilt and shame for asking for help. I realize we are traveling and that people may judge me for asking for money for this. I get it. Our society attaches so much shame and guilt to asking for help, particularly when it comes to money. I spent so much of my life trying to not be a burden on others and take care of my family without asking for help that I worked so many jobs and hours and burned out my nervous system and my body so badly. I guess Spirit will put me in the position of needing to ask for help until I’m comfortable with it.. So here I am, asking for help. Me and Rayne are still in India and funds are running very low.

Here is the situation: We’ve had multiple illnesses- I had a bad bacterial infection that lasted for a couple weeks, Rayne had impetigo and the flu and I contracted Typhoid Fever right before our visa was up for the year (which was on September 24th) so the Dr gave me a not fit to fly certificate until October 20th. Every illness required medical expenses, multiple Dr visits and medication costs. I had to apply to extend our visa which was apparently not the right thing to apply for. So that was denied and then I was instructed to apply for an exit permit. However the district was wrong and the Swami at the ashram said I had to reapply or the application would be denied and I would forfeit the fee money. So I had to reapply yesterday with the correct district. Meanwhile we are a month past our intended stay date and because every time I have to turn in a new application it takes time to process, etc we are spending more money for our room and food during that time. We also will have to pay a fee to be able to exit the country. So due to these circumstances I am asking for help. We sincerely appreciate ANY help. Thank you so much. ❤️
