Rayna has always loved to dance, even as a baby. Her passion for movement was clear from the start, and when she turned 5, we began searching for the right place to help her grow. At 7, we found Philly Movement Dance Company, and it was there that Rayna truly began to perfect her gift. This year, she has the incredible opportunity to attend her first National Competition—a dream she has worked so hard to achieve.

Supporting Rayna’s journey means so much to our family. My grandmother, who is no longer with us, always believed in Rayna’s talent. She would tell me, 'I may not be here to see it, but Rayna is going to be a great dancer.' Every time Rayna steps on stage, I feel my grandmother’s spirit and encouragement guiding her. Recently, Rayna’s dedication was recognized with a partial scholarship to the ASH National Dance Competition, a testament to her passion and hard work.

The funds raised will help cover the costs of competition fees, travel, lodging, and food for Rayna’s trip to Nationals. I want my daughter to have the experiences and opportunities that weren’t available to me growing up, so I’ve invested everything I can to support her dream.
