Please help save our home! Sewage disaster under our house! This is all happening right before Christmas is coming up!

Hello, I am Raymond with my Grandparents who are both retired no longer working. The house we’re staying in needs help with sewage cleanup before plumbers can even come and repair and unclog our backed up pipes.

Plumbers have told us it needs to be certified cleaned up regardless and we’re not allowed to just clean up the mess ourselves. Back in November we had someone visit to unclog our pipes in which they could not reach with their drain snake that kept shutting off and claimed they put the cap back on under the house in which for more than 4 weeks went unoticed we had sewage draining out all under the house crawl space. Our waterline recently broke right before Christmas is coming up on the 22nd of December. We had TLC come in and were able to repair the waterline outside of the house but within the crawl space they refuse to go under to unclog our pipes until we get a certified sewage cleanup done.

Hard to see but the whole entire ground under the house is soaked in waste water with a very bad smell coming from it. All of this needs to get done cause this is causing water damage and parts of the crawl space is starting to give out.

As of now we are not allowed to drain or flush in the house until we can repair anything.

This is also hard on us being both me and my grandpa are type 1 diabetics insulin dependent and without a working clean environment is not good on us!

At this point we’re not sure what else to do and we can’t just keep using the water in our house. We live in a manufactured home what was once a mobile home now on a property owned and grounded!

Update: We got a cost estimate for the cleanup cost being $5,888.61 and we would appreciate to raise enough at least $5,000 to cover the damages to our home!

Update 1/7/26

We have got the sewage cleanup done that took from 1/3/26 through 1/4/26 2 days to get done. We had a plumber come install new cleanout pipes and checked for any clogging and have found the source of the backup. There is a damaged pipe out towards the street what appears to be pushed in by a foreign object. It will seem we need to have get more repairs done and can be very costly. Thanks to everyone for any support as we get through this!

The source that appeared as a broken pipe towards the street has been dugged up and what was found is a whole chunk of broken off old pipe inside of that pipe that caused the blockage. Finally we shouldn’t be getting anymore blockage again!
