Help Raymond and Sara Recover from Scam

Hello, my name is Raymond Griffin. My wife, Sara, and I live on my social security and we sell tamales to supplement. I recently made friends online with a supposedly "Christian" couple. They knew that to make ends meet for us was hard. They told me that they had received an inheritance and would like to share some of it with us. They asked me to help disperse some of the money for them to other people. They would send me a check for $7000 and I was supposed to mail $5000 of it to different people as cash or gift cards, then I would be able to keep the $2000 balance. Well, I got the check, put it in my bank with a three-day hold, then sent off the $5000 as instructed. A few days later, the bank said that I had no funds in the bank and was in the hole $7000. I am asking for help to get settled with the bank. My church is helping me with my monthly bills, but I need to get the bank paid back.
