Hey everyone I'm Patricia mother of Raycn and RiverLynn.

As most of you all know a year ago we were in a different boat where we were told Raycn had the rare condition of Biliary Atresia. Now a year later Raycn is at UNMC admitted December 05,2025 for Rhinovirus and E- Coli. they started antibiotics and he is doing really good. Monday of December 08,2025 I got the call that I was a 100% perfect match for Raycn to have part of my Liver and that we can move ahead with the Liver transplant. Friday of December 12,2025 will be the day Raycn.

We are asking for help for fuel money, medical bills, and help to support the training of Raycn dog as the training is around $5,500 and my mom has already started some of the training but we would like his dog to start and hopefully be ready by the time Raycn is out of the hospital. Raycn's dad Morgan Patterson is gonna be missing some work and having to travel back and forth from Holdrege to Omaha.

Raycn recovering time all depends on levels and if he accepts the new liver. His stay in the hospital is 4 to 6 weeks. My recovery time is 3 to 6 months and a week at most in the hospital. The processes is long and Raycn and I even after discharge will have to stay with mom due to having to have labs done every week for three months. We are all excited for the blessing and everyone praying for us. We can't thank everyone enough for all the support.

UPDATE:

Raycn and I are both doing good after surgery and transplant. Raycn was intubated for a day and night but came off and is doing really good. I myself have tried walking and sitting yesterday 12/13/2025. Thank you all!
