More than 38°, and insects and scorpions are spread everywhere, and I fear greatly for my children from the spread of diseases, especially hepatitis A.

This is my son, Ryan, 10 years old, a hydrocephalus patient. He was three days before the war in egypt and underwent brain surgery. But with the war, the interview of treatment and the lack of medicine, his condition wased again, and now he is in a very difficult situation. I will send pictures him during his treatment, but Ryan's treatment has not yet been completed and he needs to go out and undergo surgery urgently. Now I am very scared and worried about him, he wants to become a doctor and treat all the children who are like him.
