My name is Ray Günes. I’m the owner of Sofra Kebab House, a Turkish buffet located in Plano, Texas. I’ve been working alone since 2016, and it’s been difficult to find any help to run this restaurant. I have done my best to maintain this business and provide good food for the community, but it’s been harder since my health declined. I’ve received surgery and have developed diabetes as well as other heart conditions. It’s been getting harder to walk, and my back and leg problems have only been getting worse. I am currently trying to sell my business due to my health issues continuing to deteriorate, so please consider supporting me as this is my last option to help me and my family through these hard times.
