Sadly, I find myself addressing you all with the heaviest heart. We are desperate for a miracle and we couldn't live with ourselves if we didn't feel like we did everything we could to make this miracle happen!

This is for my Brother Ray, Ray is a husband to Donna for many years now. We've know her for 40 years now as a neighbor & friend. Ray is a very loving father of 2 Jessica & Franklin, step father of 3 Maria, Joshua & Jayden and a grandfather of 4, with his youngest son Frankie being 8.

He is Frankie's main caregiver, they're thick as thieves, always by each other's side. I can't stress strongly enough that his little boy needs him now more than ever, Frankie is in an extremely fragile state as My brother Ray is battling inoperable terminal Stage 3C Lung cancer. He has just endured 7 weeks of intense Chemotherapy and radiation & had just begun his Immunotherapy a couple of weeks ago, which is suppose to be monthly! He's missing his next dose on the 13th of August. In addition his family has been vigilant in holistic medicinal treatment along with a special diet & protocols. Keeping his word to his 8 year old son that he will do EVERYTHING he can to remain in his life as long as possible.

To our extreme demise he is now incarcerated on an old OWI charge from 2020. Given all of the above we are told by our recently retained attorney it's going to be a very expensive fight. He thinks he can help to fight diligently to get Ray home as soon as possible to his family but with a very hefty bail.

We are all a wreck, he hasn't received any medication for pain, for his much needed heart medication from a previous heart attack on top of numerous other medication since being locked up. Praying that will be rectified soon!!!

I'm at the mercy of all of you who may have the ability to kindly , collectively help raise enough funds to get my very sick brother home & allow him to live out the rest of his short life with those of us who love him so dearly, he deserves to be surrounded by compassion, love & dignity and the care and comfort with all of us, not in a cold jail cell!! His mistakes don't define him as the absolutely best brother, loving father, Uncle, grandfather and beautiful person he is!

Most importantly his 8 year old little boy deserves to spend as much time with him as possible! He's never been convicted of a violent crime, he however battles alcoholism, among the many struggles be has endured in life he's been sober many years with the occasional slip up that was always thankfully brief! He's paid the ultimate price for mistakes made in his earlier years & time served before Frankie was born. Earlier in Ray's life he suffered a broken neck from a car accident,He did Two years on a revocation charge during 2020. So he was never convicted for his OWI, He had another Neck surgery and could barely turn his neck and they wanted to put him back in prison for 3 years!! He said it would be a death sentence for him at that point. So he ran, he's always faced every consequence in his life until then!! he was in excruciating pain, now we believe it was a combination of his broken neck and The lung cancer!

I can't fathom losing my brother who is a kind-hearted loving genuine soul, a father, a grandfather and loved by so many dying in a cold prison alone. Just because He's done time in jail, her shouldn't be looked down upon. He doesn't deserve to be there. Murderers, rapists and pedophiles have done less time than my brother and this system is SO messed up! this is NOT OKAY!!!! We are so very desperate to get him home!!! Please PRAY for Ray and all of us during this heartbreaking, heart wrenching time! We need him home! If you could find the kindness in your heart & have the ability to help a little for the ability for Ray to die with dignity and for his sons sake we'd be Eternally grateful !!! We can't bare to see his sons face in the kind of pain no child should have to endure!

With the Grace of God & continued treatment both medically & Holistic we are hopeful for a few years! He needs it to be surrounded by his loving family for any chance for a happy ending.

We need all the help we can get to get my beautiful brother home where he belongs!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your prayers, donations. We can't thank you enough! The judge set his bond to 25,000 cash. This is inhumane and unjust!!! we need HELP PLEASE. We don't have 3 years!!!!
