Hi everyone I'm Dahlia I'm trying to raise funds to help my friend Rawan and her family. I swear that every cent will be sent to them.

Here's her story:

Hello everyone, my name is Rawan Daoud, I am 20 years old

This is supposed to be my first year of university

I obtained a high school GPA of 97.9 after working hard throughout the school year, and obtaining this GPA was part of achieving my goal.

After the seventh of October, life turned into a tragic and bitter reality, after we were living a good life.

A war broke out on my city of Gaza on this date, then my university was destroyed, destroying my dreams, passion, and ambition, and the academic year was lost for all students.

Our lives, jobs, and businesses were greatly affected, as all our sources of income, including factories, companies, and others, were destroyed. This war also caused damage to our home, as we were displaced several times in search of survival. Unfortunately, there is no safe place in Gaza .

We live in difficult circumstances, where the necessities of life are difficult to provide, and my mother needs treatments on a monthly basis.

Therefore, I reach out to our friends, family, and sympathetic strangers in the hope that together we can achieve my goal, which is to save my future and live safely with my family, as coordination to exit to the Egyptian border requires $5,000 per person, and these are extremely exorbitant sums.
