Help Rawaa's Family Escape War's Impact
Donation protected
I am Ahmed, Rawaa’s friend. She asked me to help collect donations for her and her family.
This is the story of my friend Rawaa:
My name is Rawaa Youssef Shafiq AbuSultan. I am 24 years old.
Graduate of Al-Azhar University, Faculty of Education and Islamic Studies.
Mother of two children, Malik and Wajih.
Married to Karim Hammad.
Accountant at Al-Sharq Al-Amer Company before the war.
He is 29 years old.
The war came and destroyed all my ambitions and hopes. We lived in northern Gaza in our humble house. Then, as the continuous bombing continued, we were displaced to the shelter centers and then to the south of the Gaza Strip. We were displaced, and we did not carry any of our luggage with us, hoping that we would return after a few days, but time has passed until this day. We lived in a tent in Rafah,
me and my young children. A tent is a difficult thing, as it is now difficult to find the necessities of life in a tent, and many insects are found in it, which has led to my children falling ill.
My son Malik is in a situation like the children who suffered when he was shot in a war. He is a child who does not understand what war means, and his situation is like a million children in Gaza who suffer from a shortage of all supplies, whether medical, educational or food.
Today I am asking for help to provide a decent life for me and my children who have grown up during the war.
I want money to help out as the coordination to get out of Gaza. It costs $5,000 per person. My husband, my two children and I need $15,000.
I hope. Thank you for your support to provide a decent life for my children by leaving Gaza.
