Help Raven and Everett Relocate for a Better Future

Hey!

my name is Raven Mitchell! I live in Portland, OR (Gresham) with my special needs son Everett! I’ve been unable to work due to a shortage in caretakers through the agency that sends them out to my son. I currently rent out a 3 bedroom, originally I had a room mate but she moved out unexpectedly with her boyfriend January 1st leaving me with a hefty rent payment to myself. My lease is up in March & I’m able to pay rent w what I do get for my son but I’m unable to save. My son & I plan to relocate to Ohio to live with my sister Morgan who is one of our biggest supports. She would not only help me get a job but I’d also have her fiancé to step in as his caretaker while I work.

I’ve only been able to save very little for the trip & I hate to have to ask for help but it’s very much needed as me and my son would have nowhere else to go having already been in a shelter I’m trying to avoid that due to my son requiring a lot of equipment (most won’t take us due to not enough space or plug ins, which are a necessity due to my son being tube fed & other equipment for his lungs) he also has 3 therapies that come during the week so it would be beneficial to my son. Our best option is to go to Ohio!
