My name is Raul Caballero, and I am reaching out with humility to ask for your support during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. After undergoing open-heart surgery in 2023, I’ve spent the past 2 years battling a stubborn, non-healing wound on the bottom of my foot. Despite every effort, the condition worsened, and I recently had to undergo a below-the-knee amputation. This surgery has brought new hope for long-term healing, but it has also placed me in a difficult financial position.

My medical challenges over the past two years have fully depleted my savings and financial resources. I will be unable to work for at least the next six months while I recover, learn to adjust, and begin rehabilitation. I am seeking assistance to help me get back on my feet—literally and financially. Your support will provide stability during my recovery and help me take the steps necessary to regain independence. I'm not asking for continuous support, but the chance to get a prosthetic leg so u can get back to working towards resuming an independent life.
