Hello friends, I am in need of some help for my cat, my Rat. (He's a cat named rat). Rat showed up late one night with a skinned inner leg. We have literally no idea how this happened. And we had just assumed he got caught somewhere and hurt himself getting free. We didn't know the extent of the damage. Apparently he had broken his major thigh bone, which is an expensive surgery. Amputation would have been as expensive as well. And I refused to put him down.

He's our dumpster Rat. He's especially important to my mother, who is sickly and disabled. He's her best friend, truly.

We went through with the surgery to fix his bone, and it truly is a pretty penny.

I don't expect to reach the goal whatsoever. Literally any amount or share is important and helpful to me.

If you know me, you know I usually rescue cats and rehome them, occasionally asking for help. But this is MY cat. This is family.
