My name is Rashad. I’m a devoted father of two incredible children, and everything I do revolves around building a stable, peaceful life for them.
Over the past few months, I’ve been rebuilding from the ground up. I’ve always believed in working hard instead of depending on government assistance. I’ve taken pride in doing delivery work, creating music, and finding honest ways to provide.
Right now, I’m facing a temporary setback — but not defeat.
My vehicle needs approximately $500 in repairs. Without reliable transportation, I can’t consistently work DoorDash or pursue income opportunities.
My children’s daycare balance is currently $2,327.84. Paying this balance allows them to return to school, giving them structure and allowing me to work full capacity again.
I am also preparing to secure a safe 2-bedroom apartment, so we can step into our next chapter independently. Estimated move-in costs (deposit, first month’s rent, and utilities) are approximately $2,800.
My total goal is $5,600
This is not about asking for a handout.
It’s about restoring momentum.
I am actively building a future for my children. Music has become both my emotional outlet and my long-term vision. Even with just Apple earbuds and a cracked phone, I continue to create because I believe in the future I’m building.
I am not giving up.
I am not waiting on someone to save me.
I am doing the work — and asking for support to stabilize so I can keep building.
