Hi, my name is Cydney Melton & my two dear friends’ dog Rascal got hit by a car July 20. Unfortunately with a dislocated back leg and a broken front leg, the surgeries will come out to $12,000. They would really appreciate the support to help pay these surgery bills, as it is a financial hardship on them and they need to help Rascal recover and get his surgeries.
