Hello, my name is Alejandra and I am doing this for my mom, Raquel, and my dad. They live in Texas and my dad is a truck driver. My mom loves to go with him on his trips.

Last Sunday, they had a load for Burbank, Washington. My mom was not feeling good and they made it to Redmond, Oregon before they had to pull over and take her to St. Charles here in Redmond. She was admitted and they told us she suffered a stroke, leaving her left side of her body completely paralyzed. This has taken a huge toll on her and all of us.

With them being from Texas and so far from home, it is getting expensive staying in hotels and the meals every day to be close to her. My brother and I are here helping her also. I’m making this so hopefully we can continue being here for her and have some of the financial load lifted during this life-changing time. Anything helps. Thank you.
