Help Raq's brother Ross in the Philippines

Raquel's (Raq) brother Ross has been diagnosed with advanced cancer in the Philippines where he lives. He has been suffering for over 3 months and, like most Filipinos his age, does not have medical insurance. Raq and her sister have been paying for care out of pocket and struggling to cover his mounting expenses.
