Hi, my name is El-Rapha, or Rapha-El which means GOD is my healer.

About 10 months ago, I had to come out of my mummy's tummy very early (@7months). It was not time for me to come out as I was still cooking nicely. I had to because my mummy's and my life was threatened. Mummy had what was called placenta previa. So out I came ,but it was such a struggle. To breathe, to even add weight that would help my growth was an uphill battle. Mummy cried herself to sleep and daddy was out of sorts. It was such an ordeal for my family.

Since I am here today I am sure you know something good did happen?

I owe my survival to GOD through the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Luton and Dunstable in Luton. They where hands on round the clock to make sure I survived,and survive I did!

Even my mummy and daddy were taken care of by the staff at NICU L&D, they supported, empathised, assured and encouraged them until they were confident that she could take care of me as tiny as I was.

It is almost my birthday come 2nd of November, and to say thank you to GOD and show gratitude to NICU staff, my mummy is raising this Gofundme funds for the NICU department at Luton and Dunstable Hospital.

Please aunties and uncles, help mummy give back to these people who have had a major impact in my life.
