Help Raphael and his family

Hi, my name is Batista and I'm fundraising for my dear friend Raphael.

Raphael is just like a coconut, hard on the outside but soft on the inside. He is someone you can always count on, the kind of friend that will help you hide a body. From Brazil, he's been living in Greater Boston for almost five years with his wife Jessica and his fluffy children, Puppy and Popo.

When not working, Raphael likes to spend his time with his family or playing Tibia (a 1997 game that he'll never admit is outdated and boring).

He fits every clichê description you could possibly find: A loyal friend, a faithful husband, the shoulder you can cry on, and so much more than that. He'll hit you with the most non-sense zero-filter joke and, five minutes later, share some of his deepest thoughts, a rollercoaster of emotions.

Unfortunately, on Nov 23, Raphael was hit by a car on the crosswalk while walking Puppy and Popo. At that moment, we lost Popo. Raphael was sent by helicopter to the hospital with multiple broken bones and a severe brain injury. He has been in a coma since the accident happened. Each day that passes, Raphael shows us a little bit of strength, but he's still not moving nor responding on his right side.

So we ask you for your prayers and any help you can give us to pay for the hospital bills, his rent, his bills at home, and the dog cremation as he doesn't have any family here but his wife, who now won't be able to pay for everything by herself.
