Help Rango Breathe Easy: Support His Surgery

My boyfriend and I brought our kitten, Rango, into the vet for an ear infection and breathing issues. They found what seemed to be a polyp in his ear, and referred us to a dermatologist, who then confirmed it is a polyp in his ear. 

This polyp is affecting his breathing and will continue to give him ear infections if not removed, so it needs to be removed. They are recommending a CT scan prior to the procedure to determine the size of the polyp and where it leads to. The CT scan alone is estimated to cost around $1,000. The procedure itself will be around $2,000. With other recommendations from the vet, it would cost $4,000 or more. 

With prior vet visits before discovering the polyp, we've spent around $1,000. Being a young couple, and this being our first pet together, financially it has been hard.
