Yá’át’ééh everyone, Family and friends,
This is something that I had put off as long as I could, considering that I believe that I was capable of accomplishing this goal on my own. I did have to put my ego & pride aside and listen to my own advice and humbly ask for help.
As you know, I am a single father providing for me & Julie; I've always been able to get by with what I've had and needed.
But this past year and last year I had been plagued with vehicle issues. My poor Dora the Ford Explorer has been on her last leg for quite a while. I had friends help me try and figure her out; but to no eval the problems have persisted. I've put a good chunk of money (parts & labor costs) in trying to get her running properly. We have not figured it out or another issues pops up.
I was lucky enough this summer that Junebug was here to shuttle her ol man around. As she is leaving in a couple of weeks I need a proper vehicle to get around for me and Julie.
If it was just me, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a ol beater car / junk car. BUT I have Julie with me and I want to be able to get her around safely, to school and make her sporting events.
This requires a more reliable vehicle, something that I know will last a little longer than a year. A newer used vehicle.
So what I am humbly asking for is help with raising enough / what you can, for a good down payment on a ride. I will be trading in Dora, but still, I need to come up with a good solid down payment. I am hoping that I could get a truck (a larger down payment) to continue to do my volunteer work to help others, but if I come up short (a smaller down payment) I would still be happy with a small car to get around.
A bigger down payment would also keeps my monthly vehicle payment down as well.
I've prayed on it, I've worked on it, and I always tell others to ask for help when needed.
I always help others in need when I can, with what I can.
and so I find myself on the asking end, so if you could; please help me out with what you can. I would be greatly appreciative of your help.
Thank You all so very much,
OneLove
Randy Lynch
