My name is Tammy Proctor-Blauvelt. My brother, Randy Proctor, has had a massive stroke. He has a long road ahead and his medical coverage doesn’t provide what he needs to maximize potential recovery. Unfortunately, he can’t speak or use his right side. For those that know him, he has a great heart and sense of humor! I miss those calls the most and it's heartbreaking to see him this way. He is a fighter!
