Hi everyone,

My name is Kathy Rojas, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family to ask for your prayers and support for my dear nephew, Randy Hogan.

In 2019, Randy was diagnosed with stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma in his neck. He is bravely fighting through chemo and radiation treatments, facing every challenge with courage, faith, and his usual good humor. For a while, we all hoped that the worst was behind him — but unfortunately, the lasting effects of his illness and treatment have continued to impact his health and his life.

Randy now struggles with COPD and severe breathing difficulties. Doctors have informed him that he will soon need a tracheostomy to help him breathe. Because of his condition, Randy is unable to work, which has made it incredibly hard to keep up with everyday expenses — especially medical bills, medications, and the costs of being able to move into his new home that he has finally received after losing everything during Hurricane Ida.

We’re asking for help to raise $5,000 to cover:

* Ongoing medical bills and medications

* Permits and expenses needed to move into his new home

* Basic living costs while Randy focuses on his health

Randy has always been the kind of person to lend a hand when others are in need — whether it was fixing something, sharing a laugh, or just being there when someone needed support. Now, it’s our turn to be there for him.
