I never thought I’d have to do something like this, but here I am. As many of you know, my life has been dedicated to rescuing animals, whether through the organization I founded years ago or now through Randy’s Rescue Ranch. What most people don’t know is that my previous role left me with no retirement, no insurance, and no financial security. When I became seriously ill, they decided to move on without me, leaving me with nothing.

I’m currently applying for disability and have no income right now. Over the past year, I’ve been in and out of the hospital—surgeries, severe blood loss, pneumonia. And now, I need an MRI and CAT scans to figure out what’s really going on. But before I can even schedule them, I have to pay off my insurance deductible, which is $4,000. That’s what this fundraiser is for.

I want to be clear—I don’t want anyone to donate beyond this goal. Once it’s met, the fundraiser will be closed. If you still want to support something, please donate directly to Randy’s Rescue Ranch. I will never take money from the ranch to cover my own expenses; in fact, I’ve spent years putting my own paychecks into the animals’ care. But right now, I’m in a tough spot, and I need help.
