Help Ramy and His Family Survive in Gaza

My name is Saskia and I am from the Netherlands. Ramy has reached out to me through instagram because he in in desperate need of my/our help.

All donations from this campaign go directly to Ramy Jarbou (23) and his family of six who are living in Gaza.

He has proven that he is from Gaza by sending is location to me. The money will go to medical care and everything that is needed for survival.

He has written his own story down below. There is an English and an Arabic version.

My name is Rami, I am 23 years old from Gaza, and the only son in a family of 6 members !

My story began when my father was injured in the war; his arm was amputated and later he developed schizophrenia. He used to be full of humor and life, but today he lives in sadness and depression.

My mother has been paralyzed for more than 10 years due to Multiple Sclerosis (complete paralysis). She requires daily special care, medicines, healthy food, and essential hygiene supplies like diapers.

Today, we live in a tent under inhumane conditions — no electricity, no clean water, surrounded by siege and extremely high prices that make securing even the basics almost impossible.

I am the only one responsible for caring for my sick father, my paralyzed mother, and my four sisters. That is why I am asking for your help to save my family.

Your donations will provide us with food, medicine, hygiene supplies, and hopefully a safer shelter.

Every single contribution, no matter how small, gives us hope and a chance to survive.

أنا رامي من غزة، شاب عمري 23 عامًا والابن الوحيد لعائلتي المكوّنة من 6 أفراد !

قصتي بدأت حين أصيب والدي في الحرب وبُترت يده، ثم أُصيب بالفُصام وأصبح يعيش في حالة من الحزن والاكتئاب بعد أن كان مليئًا بالفكاهة والحياة.

أما والدتي، فهي تعاني من مرض التصلب المتعدد منذ أكثر من 10 سنوات، ومُقعدة تمامًا وتحتاج إلى رعاية يومية خاصة، وأدوية وغذاء صحي وأدوات أساسية كالحفاظات.

نعيش الآن في خيمة لا تصلح للعيش الآدمي، بلا كهرباء ولا ماء كافٍ، وسط حصار وارتفاع أسعار يجعل الحصول على أبسط الاحتياجات معجزة يومية.

أطلب منكم المساعدة لإنقاذ عائلتي، فأنا المسؤول الوحيد عن رعاية 5 إناث مع والدي وأمي المريضين. بتبرعاتكم نستطيع توفير الطعام، العلاج، الأدوات الصحية، والمأوى المناسب.
