Our family is facing an unimaginable tragedy.

On March 28, 2026, our father and our two younger siblings, ages 8 and 16, were struck by a truck while crossing safely in a marked crosswalk. In an instant, our lives were forever changed. Our dad, Ramon is currently in the ICU. He has already undergone one surgery and will need additional procedures in the coming days. He is expected to face a very long and difficult road to recovery. Though, we are incredibly grateful that my siblings have been released from the hospital and are now recovering at home, our brother suffers with a fractured skull. Both siblings are still healing physically and emotionally from this traumatic experience.

While our dad has health insurance, many costs including deductibles, upcoming surgeries, ongoing care, time away from work and legal expenses are not fully covered. This tragedy has left my siblings and I overwhelmed emotionally and financially. We are asking for your help during this incredibly difficult time.
