Help Ramona's family

On April 16, 2018 Ramona Lachney was struck INTENTIONALLY by a fast moving vehicle. Her daughter, Heather, witnessed Ramona being thrown into the ditch and later airlifted to North Oaks in Hammond where she sustained numerous injuries including blows to the skull and brain. Her brain was severely bleeding and swelling. Heather and Ramona's son, Tres, were later given the devastating news that if she survives she would likely live as a vegetable for the rest of her life.
On April 26, 2018, Heather and Tres made the difficult decision, after seeing no improvements, to remove life support and let their mother go. Ramona was only 53 years old. She always lived her life giving to others. She was the primary caregiver of two grandchildren. She leaves behind her 2 children, 3 grandchildren, and numerous friends and family.
Ramona was murdered. An evil woman by the name of Kimberly Kling had been stalking her for weeks. The investigation is ongoing, but she is in custody and will hopefully remain there for the entirety of her life. Ramona did not get to see her son graduate from The Police Academy and she will not get to see her granddaughter turn 1 years old. She will not get to spend another Christmas with her family because Kimberly robbed her of that opportunity. She was taken from her children so suddenly and now they have to carry this with them and move on.
I am asking for you to donate anything you can. The family are victims of this heinous crime as well and any money raised will go towards Ramona's funeral costs, bills, family, and any other end of life preparations. Thank you.
