Help Ramirez (Mayberry) Family After House Fire
Donation protected
Recently we were made aware of a local family in our community who is currently facing an incredibly difficult situation. The Ramirez/Mayberry family recently lost everything in a devastating house fire, leaving them without a home, clothing, and essential belongings. As members of our close-knit community, we have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives during this challenging time.
The family of 6 includes 4 children who all attend local schools here in Wylie ISD. Unfortunately, they were without renters insurance and are currently living in a hotel as they try to find proper housing. As we all know, the housing market is incredibly difficult to navigate, and most rental properties require a large deposit for an application to even be considered.
This fundraiser is an opportunity for us to rise-up as a community and help them rebuild their lives. Your generosity can make a significant difference in helping this family recover from this tragic event and start again.
Here are ways you can contribute:
1. GoFundMe Donations: This is the immediate need and will help this wonderful family secure housing, purchase clothing, and meet their many needs.
2. Material Donations: New or gently used clothing, household items, and school supplies, etc. can also be dropped off to Sabrina Johnson (located in Murphy) or Shana Dixon (located in East Wylie). We will ensure they reach the family. (See below for clothing sizes.)
3. Share this Link: Help us raise awareness of this need and encourage others to contribute.
We understand that times are tough for many, and any support you can provide, whether big or small, will be greatly appreciated. Your kindness and compassion can make a world of difference for the Ramirez/Mayberry family as they navigate through this difficult period.
Thank you for your support in their time of need.
