Help Rambo Recover: Emergency Surgery to Save His Life

Hi everyone, this is really hard for me to do but I need to ask for help for my boy.

Rambo isn’t just a pet, he’s my best friend. He’s been by my side through the best and hardest times of my life and showed me the true meaning of loyalty, love, and strength. If you’ve ever met us you know how special he is and the bond we have.

Over the weekend, Rambo suffered a ruptured spleen due to a growth on his liver we are praying is benign. This was an extremely sudden (hours) and life threatening emergency that required immediate surgery to save his life. So thankful I trusted my gut and brought him in. Thanks to quick action and the dedication of the emergency veterinary team EPIC on 5th Ave N, Rambo pulled through but the cost of the procedure, hospitalization, and ongoing care has already reached over $10,000 and continues to climb.

This unexpected financial burden is overwhelming for me and I had to put everything on credit as we do not have insurance. I would do anything for my best friend. Now I have to put my ego aside and ask for your support to help ease the pain, both financial and emotional. I know there’s a decent community of people who love us and I truly appreciate any amount anybody is able to give. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to covering the cost of Rambo’s life-saving care.
