Help Rambo get his heart surgery!
Donation protected
Hi! Meet our new puppy Rambo. We welcomed him into our home in November of 2021 and was told by the breeder and their vet he had a clean bill of health. Upon our first vet visit we found out he had a loud heart murmur and were sent to OSU Veternary clinic to get him checked out by a cardiologist. We were informed that Rambo has been diagnosed with a congenital (present from birth) heart defect known as patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). This defect is due to the persistence of the ductus arteriosus, a normal vascular structure important during development in utero. He needs urgent surgery to live a long happy life. If he is unable to receive the surgery he is expected to live under a year. Now due to the fact this is an unexpected expense and a large one we are asking for your help to get him the treatment to make sure our little guy can live a long happy life!
