Hi, my name is Neel. I’m starting this fundraiser for my uncle, Rajiv Sanghvi, who is battling a recurrence of oral cancer in Mumbai, India.

Over the past two years, he has gone through so much - major surgeries, weeks of radiation, and targeted therapies. Each time we thought he was past the worst, the cancer came back. This July, doctors told us it had returned again, and now the only option is a long course of chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

The treatment is expected to cost over $25,000 (around ₹20 lakhs). Our family will do everything we can to cover the difference, but every single contribution counts and will help ease the burden and get him the care he needs.
