Help raising funds for a service dog

Hey everyone!

I need your help. Some of you may or may not know that I have a few medical conditions, that have kept me for several months out of work. Recently, I went back into the workforce, however, dealing with chronic illness has forced me to stop working. Not having consistent work for a year medical costs and continual treatments/care have piled up. I'm hoping to add a service dog to my treatment plan to help with my mobility. Any amount would be helpful. Thank you!
