Hi, our names are Kelsey and Bradley. We are a husband and wife team that set out to revolutionize home health care. After many years of working in an unrelated industry, Bradley took up in-home nursing care as a way to make a difference in the lives of others. As a cancer survivor, Bradley knew the value of caring nurses and wanted to extend that same care to others in need. During his CNA program, he came face to face with the suffering that surrounds the elderly community. Now, two years later, he's envisioned a home care company that elevates the level of care that clients receive and alleviates the strain placed on home care workers.

Let's be honest, the current state of home health care needs to be overhauled. Home health agencies exploit workers through low wages, unreliable hours, lack of oversight and necessary equipment, and more. And, each of those working conditions leads to poor care for home-bound loved ones. In the current home health system where greed drives every decision a company makes, both employees and clients lose. Why should a caregiver make $20,000 a year while the CEO of the company makes $700,000? Would you want your parent cared for by someone who hates their job because they make $10 an hour? We cannot expect care workers to provide the personalized, compassionate care that clients deserve when they're also balancing the stress of feeding their families and paying their rent. There has to be a better way.

In order to provide actual meaningful care, the majority of revenue from our clients needs to go into the pockets of the employees. Our model is simple, we do not want to make as much as we possibly can. We want to help as much as we possibly can.
