Help raise money to bring Brian HOME

Brain James Stafford (BJ) was killed tragically in a motorbike accident on October 10th, 2020 in Portland, Oregon at the young age of 24 years.

BJ and his two younger sisters, Shannon and Kristen, were orphaned in 2012 and left America to live in Australia with their Aunty Dianne, Uncle Sean and cousins Jasmine, Jacob and Shakira.

The Regan family took the Stafford children in, and they became part of their home. They became Australian Citizens in 2013. BJ went to Sylvania High School where he completed year 12, and went on to become a carpenter/builder. He built strong connections with everyone that he met in Sydney, and everyone fell in love with him.

BJ moved back to the United States 2 years ago because he missed his country and loved Oregon so much. It was only supposed to be a trial and ended so unexpectedly.

BJ's family are all in Sydney, and as a result the news was delivered to us via a telephone call.

The entire family would have jumped on the first flight to America in a heartbeat if it were not for current restrictions. He needed his family there by his side and it kills us that it was not possible.

The burden falls upon the shoulders of BJ’s family here in Australia, who have already suffered enormous financial adversities due to the COVID19 situation, to bring BJ home to rest.

The cost involved is going to be enormous under these circumstances and any support for our family to help make this possible is greatly appreciated.

Help us bring our bubba home.
