Help raise money for the MS therapy centre NW

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We're running the Great Manchester Run on the 21/05/2023 for the MS Therapy Centre (NW) as it's a cause that means so much to us. Any donatation no matter how small would mean so much to us and the people who use the centre regularly.

Our Mum/Auntie/Sister-in-law has been living with MS, and the therapies the centre offers has been so valuable to her treatment.

The MS Therapy Centre (NW) has roughly 500 members and carers and once relocated they plan to expand their services so that they can help more people. They are a registered charity for people of all ages who visit from across the North West. Their aim is to provide a complete service with a wide range of therapies that enrich the lives of members within the confines of their long-term health conditions.

The therapies offered tackle both physical and psychological symptoms as a complete service for all symptoms of MS. They provide support to members with Multiple Sclerosis as well as other conditions which were welcomed in recent years. These include forms of cancer, physical disabilities, stroke patients, those with Fibromyalgia, and others from a specific list. These conditions often have similar or varying symptoms that our therapies aim to tackle. They receive no government funding and rely on support from our community. They also provide therapies including oxygen treatment, physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates, massage therapy, electro-magnetic therapy, a drop-in centre, and a counselling service.
