Hi my name is Brittani. My 19 year old daughter was bit in the face by her friend’s pitbull mix dog March 25,2023 causing damage to her top lip. Because the dog took a piece of her lip, she is unable to get stitches and will need plastic surgery to reconstruct her lip and impacted areas around her lip. Yes, that means the wound is open and can’t be assessed until we see a surgeon.
