My name is Shameka Sells-Moore and I am Shanaira Selden's mother. In October of 2019 Shanaira was reported missing by her boyfriend under very unusual circumstances. She was found in the river 7 days later and positively identified 2 days after that. Shanaira's investigation was nonexistent from the beginning.
