I have created this GO Fund Me on behalf of Aisha Barnes & James Cruz, as their son was my nephew-son's best friend.

In the early hours of August 22, 2021 a parent's worst nightmare became reality. There was a knock at the door that no parent ever wants to hear. At around 1:55 AM Jyineez Cruz was fatally shot after having an argument with someone and walking away from the situation. Jyineez "Nez" to most everyone who knew him was just 3 days shy of his 21 st birthday. He had soo much life still to live. He recently enrolled at Porter & Chester Institute to study automotive. He just got a car to be able to attend and succeed in school. 

We know that life is never promised and death is never planned. Due to the pandemic this will be a complete financial burden/hardship on the family. His parents have 3 additional children in the home to care for and during this pandemic lifelong jobs have been lost. Needless to say their life insurance policies have lapsed when forced with making a decision to have to choose between insurance and day to day living.

I am asking everyone to please consider donating if you are able and share, share, share. Jyineez deserves a proper burial and his parents deserve to send him off like the King he was. His smile was soo beautiful it was just contagious….even if I was hollering at him about something.
