Dominic was transported to the Mayo Clinic for treatment on Sunday. He is being hospitalized for multi-organ failure requiring him to receive dialysis and currently he is intubated, on a vent in the ICU. We are requesting any help you can give to help with what will be an extremely expensive hospital bill. Also, his wife Amie has not left his side and at this point it is uncertain when she will be able to return to work. As well as your prayers for a full recovery!
