Help raise money for Begonia's surgery

Hi, My name is Ben and these are our family dogs. Begonia is black and white and an English Bulldog and Bert is her little Frenchy brother. I recently was laid off and have had little luck in finding leads or another job contrary to the "lower unemployment" numbers, there is not much out there and competition is steep for marketers in tech or cyber security. A couple of weeks into my job search I noticed that Begonia had lost a noticeable amount of weight and was not eating as much as she normally does. After a week of medications and tests and almost 2000 in vet diagnosis it was found that she has a foreign body in her intestines and needs surgery to have it removed. Begonia is my 13-year-old daughter's dog and due to my circumstances, I am looking at the horrible decision of ending Begonia's life due to a lack of financial resources. One of the veterans in my support group suggested starting a go fund me and I am open to trying anything at this point. Any help towards this procedure would be greatly appreciated.
