Help Mary Moore Beat Cancer

Hi, my name is Emily. I'm raising money for my friend and amazing mother and wife, Mary Moore. Among many things she is first and foremost a mother to two beautiful kids, Addy (4) and Noah (2). Her husband, Jason, is very involved in the kids' lives and helps as much as possible, but he works full-time during the day. So, they decided and Mary would have it no other way, that she would be the main caretaker, kid wrangler, and all-around assassin of house duties and cooking. She also spends a lot of time volunteering for Addie and Noah's preschool and is a member of the school board. To say that she is busy would be an understatement.

Mary was unexpectedly diagnosed with colon cancer very recently. To say this was a shock is an understatement. She started chemo on October 7th and has a long road ahead of her. Many of us know raising kids is a challenge under the best of circumstances. Raising two toddlers with these unexpected circumstances is just not possible to do without support.

The old adage of it takes a village to raise a family is true, and especially so in this case. Mary's treatment is slated to last around 10-12 months including intense chemo, radiation, potential surgeries, and then more intense chemo. She has a wonderful group of family and friends, and I'm putting this out there on behalf of that "village" to bring everyone together in a way that can provide some financial support during this difficult time. Mary is strong and I'm confident she will beat this, but anything we can provide to help them get through this trying time will be hugely beneficial.

The Moore/Wills family will use this financial support for childcare, meals and prepared meals, mental health, medical expenses, and the list goes on. Thank you so much in advance for your support. It means the world.
