Marcus Rashon Johnson was born on March 20, 2000. He attended Saint Peter Claver from preschool - 8th grade and then attended Saint Agnes, where he graduated in 2018. Marcus Johnson was a self-made entrepreneur who founded his Splash Supply Clothing line in 2017, which is still an up and running Black owned business. In his free time, Marcus gave back to his community by volunteering in schools, in his Church, and spending time on the basketball court playing with friends and even coaching youth. Marcus was a loving, God fearing, creative, humble, generous, happy human being, who knew how to brighten up a room with his million-dollar smile. Marcus radiated love and goodness that touched the hearts of his friends, family, community, and everyone else he encountered.
On February 15, 2020, a month before his golden birthday, Marcus suddenly passed away leaving his loved ones with a heavy heart. Over a year has gone by and Marcus still does not have a headstone. All of the proceeds that are made through this gofundme will go directly to his mother, Jennifer, so that a headstone can be placed on his gravesite in order to honor his legacy. All donations no matter big or small will make a huge impact as we all take on the responsibility of celebrating his life and keeping his memory alive.
Thank you all for supporting
God bless
(This gofundme was made in collaboration with a few of Marcus' closest friends and his mother)
