Help Raise Funds for Kalilimoku Ohana

Family and Friends,

As many of you already know, our good friend and brother, Chad “Moku” Kalilimoku, was admitted into a Pennsylvania ICU with Covid-19.

When he arrived at the ER on the morning of August 20th, his oxygen saturation level was 65. Hospital staff could not believe he had driven himself to the ER. He was quickly stabilized and has been in ICU ever since. Today makes 3 weeks.

Since Chad was away at work at time of infection, his wife and family have been traveling back and forth to Pennsylvania to help support him through his recovery. Covid is extremely scary. Some days can be great, while others can be not so great. The ups and downs have been unimaginable for both Moku and his family. His wife, Melisa, has taken time off work to be with him in PA.

I am reaching out to friends and family to help raise money for this family to assist with travel expenses including their flights, car rental, hotel, food and some of their bills that they can not suspended while they are both out of work. We are also hoping to raise funds to help pay for some of his medical expenses.

We know and understand these times are hard for everyone right now. Prayers are the most valuable at this time. However, if you do have the means to help out and help alleviate some of their traveling expenses, that would be greatly appreciated.
