Help raise funds for Jason Rustico and his kids

As many of you have heard, Jason (Jay) was involved in a serious car accident late morning on March 10th. He was taken to Hartford Hospital where he spent 13 days in the Neuro ICU. This past Friday, exactly 3 weeks after the accident, he was transferred to Gaylord Hospital to begin his rehab journey.

Everyone that knows Jay knows he loves many things- baseball, sneakers, food, and most of all, his family and kids. With Jay being off of his feet for so long, and without knowing how long he will be out of work, we thought it would be nice to start this page to ensure his kids will be taken care of, and that his bills will not be piled up when he returns home.
