Help Carol Deel Battle Metastatic Breast Cancer
As a family we have decided the need to fundraise for our mother. Carol Deel is a 60 year old mother of four and grandmother of three. We learned the week after Easter that she has lesions on her spine, femur, and hips that suggested metastatic cancer. Metastatic cancer was then verified through a biopsy of her bone marrow. The origin of the cancer is yet to be found. We're currently awaiting the scheduling of a pet ct scan but are aware that there will be an aggressive battle ahead.
She's worked two jobs for as long as we can remember. In 2019 she broke her leg at work and there was a lot of worry about her healing process and abilities afterwards. She has come a long way in that recovery and since has even gotten her own place. Now that that battle feels over she is struggling with a cancer diagnosis. Insurance does not cover much, leading to an accumulation of medical expenses. We are requesting positive thoughts, prayers, and financial assistance to support her treatment and needs.
